Oftentimes you may find it necessary to adjust the pan, rate, or volume settings, but only minutely.  You are able to so accurate that you can set the value to a fractional percentage!

The "Change Volume Setting" window appears (see left).  This window allows you to type in an exact value up to three decimal points!

Increase the value if you want the sound to be louder, and decrease it if you want a lower volume.
